In its activities, the laboratory
of fuels and lubricants JSC "TZS", in a part concerning
it, is guided by:
- The legislation of the Russian Federation;
- Air Code of the Russian Federation No. 60-F3 dd. 19.03.1997 (edited on 06.07.2016).
- Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
- Federal aviation rules "Certification requirements for the organizations of aviation fuel supply of air transport" introduced by the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dd. 18.04.2000 No. 89 edited by No. 118 dd. 13.08. 2007.
- Federal aviation regulations "Certification requirements to organizations engaged in quality control of aviation fuels, oils, lubricants, and special liquids, refueled in aircraft", approved by the Order of MT RF No. DV-126 dd. 07.10.2002;
- "Guidelines for the reception, storage, preparation for issuance for refueling and quality control of aviation fuels and lubricants and special liquids in the air transport enterprises of the Russian Federation", entered into force by Order MT RF No. DV-126 approved on 17.10.1992;
- Technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 013/2011 "On requirements for automotive and aviation gasoline, diesel and marine fuel, jet fuel and fuel oil", approved by the decision of the Commission of the Customs Union dd. 18.10.2011 No. 826 as amended (Decision No. 43 dd. 23.06.2014, Decision No. 95 dd. 25.06.2014);
